Lets say he doesn't invade Russia and just accepts the current boundaries? Could he have lasted or would the other countries have still United Against him eventually? Could he have made peace with the British?

With all of his victories, why didn't he completely replace the ruling governments of many of these countries?

If Nappy had won in Russia, what grade of victory would it have been?

Are we talking the same 1 year war re-run where Russia sues for peace after Moscow and another Tilsit ensues with Russia free to build strength again. Or are we talking of the 2 year invasion where Nappy only has half the troups, only moves to Smolensk in the first year, consolidates, calls up reinforcements, takes Moscow in year two and becomes Tsar (as a few military historians have suggested)

Option one: my guess is he would probably have lasted 3-4 more years, the Russians would eventually have broken any new peace. Option two he may have lasted to his death, presuming it was natural causes. His son would still have been murdered though.
