Why was my previous thread locked

        My previous thread "Pakistanis were too stupid to invent chess" was locked.  I want to ask that why was that locked.  There i posted the link to an article  written by someone who probably thought that he was pretty smart although the article proves just otherwise, which i was really quite offended by and wanted it to discuss it with others.

        Another thing is that it served as balancing act between another article which i posted earlier which many thought was anti iranian while this one  was written by a westerner for china. So that serves as a proof that i am pretty nondiscriminatory about in my criticism.
