Cyrus, I think u should consider changing the width of tables. U see the width of tables are set to 100%, now if you change it to smth like 850 pixels (or ~750 if u mind 800x600's users), SO there wouldn't be a need for horizontal scroller.

Also, maybe setting a limitation for images' size, some of them look immense.

And (!), u may want to change the icons on top of the page to some related signs, marks, etc. (eg. for Logout; a broken spear -- a phalanx for Memberlist -- or an armour or a commander's hat for Settings)
