I've already thought about Greek titles, btu i don't know them too much so the list is incomplete:

Basileios Basilevsk
Basileios
Strategos
?
Hetairoi?

 

btw, I would also like to suggest a change on the arabic titles, Sultan should be replaced with Malik and Caliph with Sultan.

Shouldn't the top rank for ottomans be just plain simple Sultan?

I know he was also called Padishah, the Shadow of God on Earth, Caliph, etc., but I feel that Sultan would just be more straightforward....

well, one fo the reasons I'd like to change Caliph to Sultan is that people can descide if they want to call themselves Sultan or Padishah...
