I hope someone can post at east a few of these sites.

Thx A lot! Aeoli! seems like a pretty decent map, now its up to me if i can find some additional info on the exact sites whether what is still present in remains (walls etc).
Nice that your map shows Homeric sites on Asia Minor as well maybe , for next summer.
Regards.
(PS if someone else has other maps/locations feel free to share)

If you have time, please share photoes of unknown sites, all members will be glad.
Here is a source about Asia Minor; a blog of Turkish archealogist. You can find many ancient unknown cities or ones which are not for tourist
Example; Ancient site Cyme

There is a thesis that Scheria/Phaeacia is Squillace in Calabria, it seems pretty convincing (except for some of Spanuth's points possibly). You can fnd the paper via Atlantipedia website. (Though Atlantis city (which some connect with Scheria) is Tiahuanaco in Peru, not in Malta (not far from Calabria).)
That map also listing the persons is good/helpful too. Is there any full lists of the Trojans & allies, and Greeks persons (2 separate lists not mixed) anywhere?

Thera is the one and only candidate for Plato's Atlantis. Pre Iliad /Troy(timeframe) i wouldnt suspect any Trojan or Achaen allies to come from Italy, most probably post Troy during the Nostoi some refugees settled on Italy's coast , remember that around 1100 BC the bronze age collapse was in full completion even Mykene and Tyrins were abandoned back then after holding out from 1200-1100 BC when all the other Homeric cities vanquished from the face of the earth (Orchomenos/Iolkos/Thebe/Pylos/Sparta etc).

Perseus Library is also good about archeologic research
You can choose a period, and see the name of the site + photoes of some architecture in there http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/artifactBrowser?object=Building&field=Period

Cadmus:
The main point of my post was Homeric Scheria/Phaeacia, not Atlantis.
The Atlantis was just thrown in on a side related note, I can not discuss it here as i will be had up for off-topic. Can only say that Thera is not, and positively can not possibly be Atlantis, plus it is beyond doubt from the evidence i have found that Tiahuanaco etc match the account positively beyond doubt (with confirmations like the Inca picture from the Coricancha, and the Atlas motif spade symbol rising from concentric city above head in Peruvian masks). See my Atlantis paper at lifetradition.webs.com . Thera doesn't match the size, or distance, etc. For example where is the large plain, the mountains greater than any in known world, the 10 kings regions, the many species of animals, rivers, oreichalc mined in many places of the island, the "remotest of the world", the large population and army, and it did not disappear except for muddy sea, the came from outside, beyond the Pillars, the conquered upto Tyrrhenia and Libya, plus Atlantis did not explode, etc etc. Where is the remains of the concentric city and the large temple? Tiahuanaco, Altiplano, Andes, Peru, South America have all these in physical geography/archaeology and in local accounts and pictures. Thera's date is disputed/uncertain.
Some relate Atlantis to Scheria/Phaeacia (Spanuth), some even relate it to Troy (Zangger, Schleimann). That is the only reason i mentioned it, and also because i didn't want the Squillace ~ Scheria to mislead people to believe the Atlantis ~ Malta.
Yes Atlantis is pre-Trojan war date seemingly.
Trojan war seems closer to time of 18th dyn just before Sea Peoples of 19th/20th dyn, but the ascribed orthodox dates are wrong. Shishak (c 900s) of bible pretty certainly seems to be 19th dynasty (Ramses 2 or Seti). Moses (ca 1400s) was definitely 2nd half of 12th dynasty. Josephus said 1300 years Menes to Shishak, Herodotus said (1)1340 years Menes to Seti. See my Egyptian chronology paper at 2rbetterthan1.wordpress.com , and the Atlantis paper at the other link already given above.
I managed to compile my own list of Trojan and Greek characters. (Haven't filled in details yet, just names. May be some mistakes.)

There are some similarities between Trojan War and the Mahabharata? I am investigating another possibility but can't leak it yet because either it could be wrong or i don't want it stolen.

Not nime work but it is very old map for me.
As a man who was born a city which is just 1 hour away form ancient city Lyrnessos, you have to know your history.
"The way to have a homeland is to know the historical events that took place in that land, to recognize and possess the born civilizations." Ataturk
