Hi, I've made a quiz about ancient rome. Try it. It would be fun if you posted your result here.

7 out of 7, 8317 points, full score. I know a bit about Roman history so it wasn't very hard for me, but the quiz is nicely balanced with a blend of basic and more in-detail questions.
It's hilarious to read the answer statistics at the end. 20% actually thought the event that shook the Roman Empire in 476 AD was the Ottoman capture of Jerusalem (yeah I spoil one alternative here but I doubt anyone on this forum would choose it anyway).

7/7 with a score of 9452. Good quiz! Are those quizzes easy to do by the way? When I've done one I'll post it here...
EDIT:
Enjoy! It's about the Hellenistic period -

7/7, 9924. Good quiz Freddap, kind of short, but a good selection of questions.
Now to try Asters and Riders.
7/8, 9431 for asters. Seems I'll have to read up on Phillips war with the Romans. Damn that was a challenge.
4/15, 5195 for riders. Clearly not a strength. Any recommendations for good english books on Estonian history rider?

Lol. I haven't got anything much to suggest. At least not yet. There are some on the Order and Swedish rule here but not much. I must think a little..
By wonder, which ones did you get correct?

That was a really hard test Rider! I only got 2/15! I got the one about the brothers of the sword and the Northern war right, but I can't really beat an Estonian historian at his own game, can I

No you can't. I'll wonder what Knights will get... he has a little more experience on this.

I had to go through it again; I think it was 6, 8, and 14. With the fourth one being number 13.
The only thing that saved me from getting zero correct was having read a book on the teutonic order which happened to discuss the livonian order as well.

Ah. Okay.. The numbers don't tell me much though..
Just the thing that Knights knows a bit from discussions with me and a few articles that haven't yet been published... :D

I received a 7 out of 7 (8813). Four years of Latin certainly helped.

7/7 - interesting test though, a good range of questions! You should have added in some really obscure questions concerning viewpoints on Roman history and acedemic studying of it to catch people off guard - doing a test like that would be really interesting!
Jackal God, what are you talking about? There was no question about Pyrrhus of Epirus in that test...was there?
