The Book written by Chanakya, Chandragupta Maurya's Prime Minister. Its Machicavellian, but roughly1800 years before Machiavelli.
 
On a second note, we should have a thread where we can post online "resources" like this one.
Also, someone really needs to rearrange this forum board, as its not user friendly and hard to navigate. We dont need alot of these threads especially in the first and last subforums. Also members that dont post anything after 4 months of membership should be deleted.

Good post.  However, the name should be Chanakya and not Chalukya.
