Hello,

When my friend asked me if i knew the person on the foto, i thought it was an 19th century scientist. But after looking in the different Wikipedia articles, i couldn't find him.

Does anybody recognise this person?

Greetz,

It's Chopin, the great Romantic composer, at least according to this site.

The resemblance to Delacroix' portrait of Chopin makes me believe the attribution is correct.
