If I get banned, does that mean my posts will have to be removed?

If you are banned you can also challenge it and be reinstated in the moderator is wrong or overzealous. I have seen this happen a few times in the over four years I have been on A&E. The moderator no matter how they feel needs to remain subjective and hold their emotions in.

I recall my early days on A&E when me and another user got in a fight with a moderator. He got a bit abusive so we complained and he lost his position as a moderator for a while. The topic was about illegal immigration in the USA and both me and the other user were Americans but the moderator was from Mexico so we did not agree on this issue. Can a moderator be removed on this new forum if they get out of hand?
