doubtful. they'd need the code to override the controllers often hundreds if not thousands of miles away. those encryption safeguards can be a bitch.
The terrorists haven't got the intellectual or educational capabilities, in general. nor do they have access other than techno theft viz someone else; the Chinese perhaps. And the Russians already got their own versions. which means their controlling their drones over the bf not their proxies as far as I'm capable of determining..so...case closed.
