According to publications of the newspapers New York Daily News and Long Island Newsday,a research which was held by the Municipal Council of the city in 25 medical facilities,from the 114 where 31.000 patients of HIV/AIDS are hospitalized,"was discovered that the 50% of those facilities do not have blankets,beds and toilet paper",as it is demanded by the apposite service HASA.Moreover the relevant official report indicates that in 6 from those 10 facilities,patients sleep in the same room which is forbitten,like the "United Press" agency wrote,in 27th of June.Some of them do not have space heating,locks,electricity and hot water while patients are annoyed by rats and cockroaches.The Council found out that is was impossible for those facilities to move until today.
