wow, have you seen the video of the meteor hitting Russia?
100s injured.

How scary is that?

Apparently a big one is passing close to Earth tomorrow...

Who wants to watch Deep impact with me......?

It will be fine don't worry. It's passing quite close to Earth but not enough to collide. It will be visible around 19:28 GMT but I don't think I could see it here in Britain.

No worries.  NASA explained it brilliantly by telling us that "the meteor impact was not caused by an asteroid".

Well...DUH...

Meanwhile, the asteroid will miss us by only 17,100+ miles.  That's waay too close for comfort.
