here you are mistaken my brother the ottomans were turkic but the ottoman empire was so large with somany ethnic groups that you couldn't say that it was turkic. At first it was but later on the turks were even less in military and ruling class. ottoman(recruiting greek an serbian boys for soldier who could and would become vezirs and could dress high positions. the ottoman royal family was not turkic for a long time the first 10 could be turkic the other were more likely persian or arab or greek( but that normal in royal families) the trade wasin the hands of jews and greeks and armenians.

So the seljuk empire was turkic but the ottoman was ottoman far better than an empire made by a single ethnicity

btw all great empires were with mixed ethnicities(ruling class soldiers, etc)
