We study history right? Then why don't we try to see the future through past events? Why don't we try to see what will happen, if things stay the same concerning Global Warming, through history's eyes? History indeed repeats itself? Let's prove that.

1.The exhaustion of natural resources will be the end for many Third World countries.

Historical Precedent: The pro-Colombian civlizations of Latin and Central America , eg the Mayas, who faced similar problem and were impoverished, only to disappear when the Spaniards came.

2.Our divided heated world will provoke even more immigrants to try to break through to the develloped countries
Historical precedent: The barbarian hordes or the 3rd and 4rth centuries AD, who were seeking a land to leave and fed their people in the prosperus lands Roman Empire.

3.The intense immigration will make cities even more crowded ,resulting to the spread of diseases

Historical precedent: The Plague of Athens, an event which happened from the immense concetration of people in the city of Athens.

4. The intense immigration from the shattered Third World  will eventuallly
lead to the downfall of the developed world and ,of humanity in general.

Historical precedent:The eventual collapse of the Western Roman Empire by the continuing influx of barbaric hordes (as well as for other factors) and the 1000 years of "darkness" in the European Peninsula.

That's what i could think off right now. Any corrections or additions are nessecary.

Interesting ideas.
For the last bit:
Immigrants causing the destruction of "humanity" is a bit extreme.   Greater calamities have augured the civilized world then influxes of new labor.

In any event the "precendent" you cited ushered the end of civilization in one area.  It continued on elsewhere- China, America's, Mid-East.
We could apply this elsewhere.  Someday America may be weakened, a shift in the balance of power is certainly not an end of civilization.

Hmmm...

Historical precedent: All future predictions based on historical precedent fail. cf Marx, Hegel, Spengler, Toynbee....
