Is there any rule that i follow when i post topic here?
is there any baned topic that i shouldn't post here?

i'am a new comer here and i posted a topic for the first time but one guy say 'I' am tired of this kind...' and then he closed my topic.
is it possible for all moembers of this site to block others topic so that vistors can't reply or read it?

what kind of persons are allowed to use this site?
