Eighteen-year-old Samantha Larson, from Long Beach, California (USA), has just become the youngest foreign woman to scale Mount Everest. (The youngest was a 15 year old Sherpa girl from Nepal) . She is now the youngest American to climb Mt. Everest and the youngest climber in the world to scale the highest mountains on all seven continents (called the Seven Summits). That's quite a feat for an 18 year old.!
