This topic created on request from Xristar.

What were the exact figures of turkish military casualties during the 1974 war of Cyprus?
I don't have any access to turkish sources here in Greece, so I beg the turkish forumers to enlighten us.

Yeah, I know that.
I put the numbers in wikipedia's article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_operations_during_the_Turkish_invasion_of_Cyprus - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_operations_during_the_Turkish_invasion_of_Cyprus

Casualties and losses
1285 killed (497 Turks, 788 Turk Cypriots) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_operations_during_the_Turkish_invasion_of_Cyprus#cite_note-0 - [1] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_operations_during_the_Turkish_invasion_of_Cyprus#cite_note-1 - [2] 397 killed, 1269 wounded, 992 missing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_operations_during_the_Turkish_invasion_of_Cyprus#cite_note-2 - [3] (Greeks: 88 killed, 148 wounded, 83 missing. Greek Cypriots: 353 killed, 1179 wounded, 909 missing)

I want more detailed information however. Number of wounded and missing at least.

Killed:
Officers 38
NCOs 38
Soldiers 417
Civilian personel 1
Wounded:
Officers and soldiers 747

also 1 small and old Turkish battleship, bought from USA, an old WW II ship, sunk by Turkish Air Force as a result of lack of coordination.
