This topic created on request from Xristar.
What were the exact figures of turkish military casualties during the 1974 war of Cyprus?
I don't have any access to turkish sources here in Greece, so I beg the turkish forumers to enlighten us.

Yeah, I know that.
I put the numbers in wikipedia's article
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_operations_during_the_Turkish_invasion_of_Cyprus
Casualties and losses
1285 killed (497 Turks, 788 Turk Cypriots)
[1]
[2]
397 killed, 1269 wounded, 992 missing
[3]
(Greeks: 88 killed, 148 wounded, 83 missing. Greek Cypriots: 353 killed, 1179 wounded, 909 missing)
I want more detailed information however. Number of wounded and missing at least.

also 1 small and old Turkish battleship, bought from USA, an old WW II ship, sunk by Turkish Air Force as a result of lack of coordination.

Your hope would be enough;

we made up sorrows for ourselves;
we couldn't be consoled;
